"Thank you for thinking differently" anonymous

At Hereford Learning Hub, we really do care. I started the company because I believe that every person has the ability to succeed and grow. I wanted to provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where pupils not only have access to an excellent education, but also an environment where they feel accepted, understood and celebrated. My mission is to provide a neurodivergent safe space of learning, an excellent education, enriching engaging activities led by neurodivergent teachers.

Above all else, I understand. As a neurodivergent myself, I just know.

By embracing each pupil's individuality, we strive to create a learning experience that goes beyond the conventional classroom. Our approach is flexible, inclusive, and designed to empower students to pursue their interests and strengths. We aim to help our pupils develop valuable life skills with confidence, resilience and self-belief.

Hereford Learning Hub isn't just a place of education—it's a community. We foster a sense of belonging and encourage collaboration, creativity, and self-expression.
"I have created a setting that is not only inclusive and adaptable for neurodiverse individuals, but also a thriving hub of diverse thought and practice."
Our highly and appropriately qualified collaborators are like-minded individuals who are passionate about seeing our children and young people thrive and grow in an environment tailored to their unique needs. Each personal tutor has their own business and insurance, but we share a common goal: together, we can help every pupil at Hereford Learning Hub reach their full potential and become confident, capable individuals ready to embrace the future.

We are a small setting in Hereford. We are classed as unregulated alternative provision. This means that we work with the council to provide provision for those pupils not attending mainstream school. Working alongside the local authority, we adhere to a rigorous quality assurance - following policies, protocols and procedures. This is to ensure that every pupil within our care is safe, supported and given the opportunity to engage in education.

Hereford Learning Hub seeks to provide an enriching curriculum. We work with other teachers to provide other teaching activities within the specific hours allowed by the DFE.

* Hereford Learning Hub does not offer full time places (full time is defined as 18 hours a week by only one provider)
* All teachers have their own businesses and insurance
*No teacher teaches for longer than 15 hours a week to any pupil (including those with an EHCP)
